Ingredients:

• For the Base:- 

1. 100 gms. Bottle Gourd 
2. 1 Carrot, chopped 
3. 1 Potato, chopped 
4. 2 tomatoes, chopped 
5. 1 Onion, chopped 
6. 1 clove of Garlic, chopped (optional) 
7. 2½-3 cups Water 
8. Salt, to taste 

•  For the Toppings:- 

1. ½ Carrot, chopped 
2. 1 Zucchini, chopped 
3. 2 tbsp. Corn 
4. 2 tbsp. Sprouted Green Gram 
5. 1 tsp. Oregano 
6. Black Pepper Powder, to taste 
7. 1½ tbsp. Ketchup 
8. Water as required

Method:

1. In a pressure cooker add bottle gourd, carrot, potato, tomatoes, garlic, water, salt and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.
2. Once the pressure cooker has released all the pressure open the lid and puree the cooked vegetables with a hand blender.
3. Now add carrot, zucchini, corn, sprouted green gram OR topping vegetables of your choice, followed by oregano, black pepper powder, ketchup, water and boil for 5-6 minutes.
4. Stir well and serve.
