Green Peas Soup Recipe

Hello guy's. Today, I am teach you how to make Green Peas Soup. So first we talk that many girl's don't know that how to make green peas soup recipe at home. Green Peas Soup is very easy, So you follow this full blog instruction (Ingredients/  Methods) you can easily cook this Green Peas Soup Dishes. So lets start,

Ingredients:

1. 15-16 Whole Green Peas, snipped at the end.
2. 1 cup White Pumpkin, diced.
3. 1 Potato, diced.
4. 1 Onion, sliced.
5. Coconut, soaked in warm water.
6. Salt, to taste.
7. 1 tsp. Sugar.
8. Black Pepper.
9. Cashew cream (optional).

• For tempering:- 

1. ½ tsp. Ghee.
2. 1 tsp. Garlic, chopped

Method:

1. Steam green peas, white pumpkin and potato in a steamer for 5 minutes or until soft.
2. Add onion and cook again.
3. Keep aside and let it cool down.
4. Grind the steamed vegetables by adding some water from the steamer and sieve.
5. Grind the soaked coconut with the water in a mixer/grinder and sieve in a bowl.
6. Add water to the remaining coconut and grind again.
7. Boil the water from the steamer and add coconut milk and vegetable puree to it.
8. Add salt, sugar and black pepper to it.
9. In a tempering, vessel add the tempering ingredients and pour it over the soup.
10. Add cashew cream and mix well.

Green Peas Soup is ready to be served!
