Ingredients:
- 100 gms processed cheese diced
- 200 gms mozzarella cheese diced
- 400 gms jalapeno peppers, slit and seeded
- 1 no red bell pepper chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- A touch of salt
- ¾th cup milk
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- oil for frying
Method:
- In a bowl mix, bell peppers, mozzarella cheese, processed cheese, salt and crushed black pepper properly.
- Stuff the jalapeno chillies with this mix.
- In another, mix refined flour and milk and form a thick slurry.
- Dust the chillies with refined flour and coat them with the slurry and then the bread crumbs.
- Keep the coated chillies in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Once cold, fry the stuffed chillies in oil on high flame turning every 30 seconds until crisp and golden brown.
Crispy Jalapeno Poppers is ready to be served!
