Dahi Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

1. oil 
2. cumin seeds bay leaves
3. 1 tsp black pepper 
4. 4-5 cloves 
5. 3 – 31/2 tsp ginger garlic paste 
6. 3 sliced onions
7. 1 tsp of salt 
8. 3 chopped chillies 
9. 3 chopped tomatoes 
10. 1 tsp of red chilli powder 
11. plain flour 
12. chicken 
13. 1/2 tsp salt 
14. 200gms of curd coriander leaves 
15. 2 cups of water 
16. coriander powder 
17. cumin powder 
18. kasoori meethi 
19. coriander leaves 
20. 1/2 tsp of garam masala

Method:

1. Heat some oil in a pan.
2. Add cumin seeds,bay leaves,black pepper,cloves and ginger garlic paste.
3. Add onions and salt.
4. Add chillies,tomatoes and chilli powder, cook on low flame.
5. Coat chicken into plain flour and then put it into the pan.
6. Add salt and curd and mix well.
7. Add coriander leaves, water and let it cook for 20-25 minutes.
8. Add coriander powder, cumin powder kasoori meethi,coriander leaves, garam masala and mix well.
9. Dahi chicken is ready to be served.
